Shipping, Replacement & Refund Policy

Orders may be placed through our secure website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once your order is submitted, authorized, and payment has been confirmed, it will be prepared, packaged, and shipped. Shipping details and tracking information will be provided once your order has been sent.

Fulfillment & Delivery

We provide several shipping methods to meet your needs, including free shipping on orders with a grand total over $200. Available options include:

  • USPS Priority
  • FedEx 2-Day (two business days)
  • FedEx Overnight
  • FedEx Overnight with Signature Required
  • FedEx Saturday Delivery for qualifying Friday orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST

Orders that are completed, paid for, and approved by 3:00 p.m. EST are typically processed on the same business day. Orders finalized after 3:00 p.m. EST, or placed on weekends or holidays, are generally shipped on the next business day.

Privacy Safeguards

We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

Replacements & Refunds

Due to regulatory requirements governing our product line, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive an incorrect shipment or items that do not match what you ordered, please contact us at support@blueberrybiolabs.com. After verifying the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the original order.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may cancel that order by contacting us at support@blueberrybiolabs.com for a refund. Once the order has been shipped, we are only able to arrange for a replacement of the original order.
